Calendar 2012

The Whitworth 2012 Calendar is now available to buy.  

 

Costing £5, it features photos of everyday Whitworth life and key Whitworth calendar dates.

 

The calendar has again been compiled by members of the Whitworth Tourism and Leisure Committee, with any proceeds being ploughed back in to future Whitworth events and initiatives. Why not treat yourself to a copy, buy one for friends and family for Christmas, or perhaps get one as a surprise gift for a Whitworth 'ex-pat'?

 

Councillor David Chorlton, Chair of the Tourism and Leisure Committee, says: "Last year's calendar was a huge success, with 400 copies sold. We're delighted with the 2012 version and hope it will be just as successful."

 

The calendar is priced £5 and available to buy from The Riverside, UBS, Post Office and the Council Offices, all on Market Street, Whitworth.  It will also be sold at future Council-led events.
