Prickshaw Village

Prickshaw Village is a beautiful little village on the Mary Townley Pennine Way and is buried in the moorland opposite Tonacliffe., the Birches Hotel and other properites flanking that side of the main road. Prickshaw is accessed via a cobbled thoroughfare at the end of Station Road Whitworh and along the path towards Broadley Fold lodge. Prickshaw has prominent views of Lane Head, Healey Dell, Doctors Wood and Wall Bank.
